KAE Beauty Return & Refund Policy

At KAE Beauty, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. Please review our return and refund policy before placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging if applicable.

For health and hygiene reasons, items that have been worn, used, washed, opened, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

- Opened or used hair care products
- Bonnets, beanies, pillowcases, and other hair accessories that have been worn, used, or washed
- Personal care items
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom or special-order items

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Defective items may be eligible for replacement, store credit, or refund within 30 days of delivery after review.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or payment provider time to process and post the refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by KAE Beauty.
