Orders and Payments
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. We may cancel or refuse an order for reasons such as incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or unavailable inventory. If we cancel a paid order, the affected payment will be refunded. Please verify your shipping address before submitting the order.
Payment is required at checkout using the payment methods displayed there. Orders are processed only after payment is successfully authorized.
Shipping and Delivery
Processing and estimated delivery times are listed in our Shipping Policy. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other events outside our control can affect estimates.
If tracking is delayed, shows a package as lost, or shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, contact customerservice@kaebeautyllc.com. We will help review the tracking information and, when appropriate, assist with a carrier inquiry or claim. If a shipment is confirmed lost before delivery, we will work with the customer on an appropriate replacement or refund. Orders sent to an incorrect address supplied by the customer may not qualify for replacement or refund.
Returns and Refunds
Returns, final-sale exclusions, return-shipping costs, damaged-item reporting, and refund timing are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Promotional or sale-priced merchandise is returnable when it otherwise meets that policy unless the product is clearly marked Final Sale before purchase.

Our hair care products are intended to support moisture, softness, shine, manageability, and everyday hair care. Individual results vary by hair type, routine, and product use. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a medical condition. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
