All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products and for health and hygiene reasons, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

Opened or used items
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a replacement or store credit:

Include your order number

Provide clear photos or video showing the damage
Approved claims will receive a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Once verified, we will:

Ship the correct item at no additional cost or

Issue store credit if the item is no longer available
Lost or Stolen Packages
KAE Beauty LLC is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
If your package is lost in transit or stolen:

Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number

You may also contact us for assistance, but replacement is not guaranteed
Refunds
Refunds are not issued for:

Incorrect address provided at checkout

Shipping delays beyond our control
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.
Once an order has entered processing or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

All sale, promotional, and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
