Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, or product launches), processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days (if selected at checkout)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. KAE Beauty LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect address information.

Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Carrier selection depends on package size, weight, and destination.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

KAE Beauty LLC is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages returned due to address errors

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

KAE Beauty LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. If additional assistance is needed, you may contact us at customerservice@kaebeautyllc.com.

International Shipping

At this time, KAE Beauty LLC ships within the United States only.
